Shipping Options
Reefside Games ships Australia wide. Flat Rate Shipping (AUS) cost of $15.00 is via Australia Postage Standard Mail and $25 for Australia Express Postage.
Please note: delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather events, or peak trading periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking may take 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Pick Up from Store - $0.00
As the name suggests this is for customers who wish to place the order online and then come into our retail store in Edmonton, QLD to pick up the items. This will help to save time as your order will be pre-packed, any items we need to order in will be ordered and you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
Reefside Games does reserve the right to charge standard shipping rates on large orders or bulky items.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or major releases, processing times may be slightly extended.
Local Pickup (If Applicable)
If you select Local Pickup it will be the customers responsibility to pick up their order from our Edmonton, QLD store. You’ll receive an email notification or phone call when your order is ready and pickup will be available during our regular store hours.
Preorders
Orders containing preorder items will ship when all items are available and have been released to street date. If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will open an inquiry with the courier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
